Your privacy

Your email and display name are used to create your learner profile and manage academy access. The academy owner can export collected emails as a private CSV.

Marketing emails require the separate optional permission on registration. Access is not conditional on agreeing to marketing.

A secure access cookie remembers entry for up to 30 days. Signing out removes it. Your email list and learner profiles are not public.

Owner contact details, retention periods and the full UK privacy notice must be finalised before public launch.
