The Trading Edit Academy is an educational service. It teaches general trading concepts, mechanics and process. It does not provide financial advice, personal recommendations, or investment, tax or legal guidance.
Nothing in the academy is a suggestion to buy, sell or hold any financial instrument. Lessons, examples, figures and worksheets are illustrative only. They are not instructions to trade and do not reflect your circumstances.
Trading involves risk
Trading leveraged products such as forex carries a high level of risk. Losses can exceed deposits on some products, and ordinary stop losses do not guarantee an exit price. Most retail traders lose money.
No result, profit or level of skill is promised or implied. Any decision to trade is entirely your own. Only ever risk money you can afford to lose. If you are unsure whether trading is suitable for you, seek advice from an authorised firm.
No regulated activity
The academy does not carry on regulated activities under the Financial Conduct Authority regime. It does not manage funds, hold client money, execute trades, or recommend brokers. Any broker or platform mentioned is named for education only and is not an endorsement.
This service is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Regulatory wording, affiliate boundaries and financial-promotion language must be reviewed by a UK compliance professional before any public launch, promotion or sale.
Your responsibilities
You must keep your academy password and account password private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You may not share, resell, record or redistribute lesson text, worksheets or downloads. Materials are for your personal learning only.
Materials and availability
Academy content is provided as-is for learning. While care is taken with accuracy, no warranty is given that content is complete, current or error-free, and calculations depend on the inputs and assumptions stated on each tool.
Lessons, resources and worksheets may be updated, changed or withdrawn at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, the academy owner is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities or decisions made using academy material. Education is the entire service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated. Continued use after an update means you accept the current terms. They are governed by the law of England and Wales.
